1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GoGo Taxi mobile application ("App") and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App or our services.

2. Definitions

• "GoGo Taxi," "we," "us," or "our": Refers to the company providing the taxi booking platform
• "User," "you," or "your": Refers to any person using the App, including riders and drivers

3. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use GoGo Taxi services

4. Service Description

4.1 Platform Services

GoGo Taxi provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent drivers for transportation services. We are not a transportation company and do not provide transportation services directly.

4.2 Driver Independence

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of GoGo Taxi. We do not control drivers' actions, and they are responsible for their own conduct and compliance with applicable laws.

4.3 Service Availability

• Services are subject to availability and may not be available in all areas
• We do not guarantee the availability of drivers or rides
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must treat drivers and other users with respect and courtesy
• You must not engage in any behavior that disrupts or interferes with the services

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using the service for illegal activities or transporting illegal items
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward drivers or other users
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Creating fake accounts or providing false information
• Using the service to compete with or harm GoGo Taxi's business

5.3 Rider Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready at the designated pickup location
• Wear seatbelts and follow safety instructions
• Not consume alcohol or drugs during rides
• Not damage vehicle property

6. Payment Terms and Pricing

6.1 Fare Calculation

Fares are calculated based on various factors including:

• Distance traveled
• Time duration
• Demand and supply conditions
• Vehicle type selected
• Additional fees (tolls, airport fees, etc.)

6.2 Payment Methods

• Payments can be made through approved in-app payment methods
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets
• Cash payments may be available in certain locations
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

6.3 Pricing Changes

• GoGo Taxi reserves the right to update pricing and fees at any time
• Dynamic pricing may apply during peak demand periods
• You will be informed of the estimated fare before confirming a ride

6.4 Tips and Gratuities

• Tips are optional but appreciated
• Tips can be added through the App after ride completion
• 100% of tips go to the driver

7. Cancellations and Refunds

9. Intellectual Property

• The App, logo, trademarks, and content are owned by GoGo Taxi
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• Any feedback or suggestions become property of GoGo Taxi

9.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you provide (photos, reviews, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use your content for service improvement
• You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights

10. Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Limitation of Liability

• GoGo Taxi's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We are not responsible for driver actions, vehicle conditions, or transportation incidents
• Users assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GoGo Taxi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination
